Weather Consideration
Costa Rica during this time is considered the dry season; however, it is still a tropical environment and rain may be expected in the La Fortuna area. In the unlikely event that there is emergency weather, we will potentially need to cancel some activites. We will make every attempt to reschedule an activity, but this may not always be possible.
Can you opt out of some activities?
Yes! We want you to enjoy your trip as fully as possible. If there is something that you do not want to participate in, that is completely fine. You are free to a rest at our homebase during any of the activities.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of planning these trips, there are no refunds for ANY cancellations including illness, pandemic, vaccination requirements of countries, etc.

If WE need to cancel the trip, we will reschedule to a trip in 2023 or 2024 of equal value.

*We recommend that you look into travel insurance to purchase in order to protect your trip in case you need to cancel. We will not cover the cost of travel insurance.

We are not travel agents nor licensed guides. We are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or unforseen circumstances that happen during the trip. However, we will help you the best we can if something does happen. We highly recommend travel insurance, which you would be responsible for securing independently, at your own cost.

Trips are hosted by Sara. Sara’s husband, Corey, will be helping throughout the trip with cooking, transportation, etc…
